Lovely & Well Paced

Billy's Bones - Jamie Fessenden

This is an interesting tale of a stolen childhood and reclaimed life. When I first began reading Billy's Bones I thought I was going to have to stop because it was going to depress me, well it didn't. I think it's because Fessenden allows the reader to really get to know these two characters slowly and what we see is them always trying to find some happy place they can embrace and then we we must embrace them.

The story is told from Tom's point of view, a wise choice in my opinion.
