Saltwater Seasonings: Good Food from Coastal Maine - Sarah Leah Chase, Jonathan Chase

This is one of those rare cookbooks that turns out to be a good read. Almost a travel book not just a cookbook. -Scalloped Scallops was excellent and a keeper. -New England Boiled Dinner was perfect. -Squash Donuts were so tasty they disappeared off the plate right away. The best for us were the three sardine recipes Maine Sardine Dip, Spicy Sardine spread, and Sardine & Corn Fritters that were all amazing. This book just made us want to travel to the land of Stephen King. Yum!
