I've been reading this book for five months and I've gained a greater understanding of some basic steps that I've been able to incorporate into my kitchen with ease. This is the best French Cookbook I've found so far [book:Jacques Pépin Heart & Soul in the Kitchen|23719445] aside. The Epaule Farcie a l'Oeuf was excellent! This Aigo-Sau made me a superstar at a party and the Poulet Nicoise has become a go-to dish in this home.
