This was a big story about a small group of New Yorkers. I felt Matthew Mather did a great job painting a picture of New York and people in the worst possible situation. I was falling in and out of like with Mike Miller throughout this story. What made me annoyed with Mike was because he never seemed to wake the hell up! I wanted him to toughen up at every turn! His wife Lauren made me want to stick her on an iceberg and let her float her out of the story. She wasn’t even helpful onto near the end, in fact, all the woman ticked me off. The little old Russian couple was so real. Even with those grips I really had fun with this one. I was in survivor mode and I thought the pacing was on point. Mike was a real hero and the odd train survivor was intriguing.
