Gosh I Wish I was a Good Writer

I can't believe Eden Winters has done this to me again. She made me cry in public. It wasn't a sad, sad cry. It was a sad, beautiful cry. The Sentinel is a short read that packs a punch. A genetically enhanced soldier discovers a baby and it changes his life completely. This is science-fiction, the kind that makes me so happy, science-based not fantasy-based. Yes, Winters seems to excel at creating simple situations that dare I say it...tug at your heart. And oh to you naysayers, you may have seen this kind of enhanced soldier in other books and movies but who cares! This worked and it was a sweet ride.
